Hell was a place where there were corrupt souls that live there. While hell had parties being drunk and so on,heaven had tea parties. 
They had arguments and brought chaos on each other of way saying which was the best place to live in. While they were fighting they never realised two from the royal households were meeting each other where the barrier met they instantly fell in love and would come late. And they couldn't take any longer and passed the barrier. They were Amanda the purest of angels and Xavier the darkest of all devils. Many decades later, Arthur, an angel, is captured and dragged down to hell. The King of Hell takes a great liking to said Angel, who strives to return home to heaven. How is America supposed to protect hundreds of people and himself against a storm that could kill people in a number of ways? And now a kid had moved him to become his caretaker. When Alfred became independent from England, France had muttered to him that he didn't know the pain of raising a child then losing it. But know, he assumes that he may just learn.
