Disclaimer: The first parts of this story are not up to par with my later writing and are a little "rough". The reason I have decided against editing them is quite simple, it is a reminder of where I began. So feel free to cringe at those parts, and I hope you enjoy the latter ones.
After a failed mission Lydia gets poisoned. With time running out, the crew sets off to find a cure, but will they be in time to save Lydia? Meanwhile, the poison brings back old memories from Lydia as a little girl, her parents and grandparents. Will the Herons find out more about her past? And who did this to Lydia? Could it be someone they know, or is it someone the Herons have never met before?
I do not own the Brotherband characters. My own characters and the storyline do belong to me.

Okay so, this story is mainly focusing on our mariam! the new girl who doesn't know how she became friends with such crazy people....but why does she feel so..watched? Does this story have a villan? Yes actually! My villan is actually the cheerful type who hates mariam because she fìt into the group too easily. While it took the villan YEARS for them to actually like her. Nobody knows the villan is like this except the mariam who started to notice little details of poisoning. Not physical poisoning..Emotional poisoning. the villan doesn't attack her..it watches her. It makes the mariam feel like someones out to get her. It makes mariam start to believe things that she sees when they're not actually there..And when she tells the others..they just don't believe her. A random crime happens close to the mariam. and it's close to..what mariam had been talking about..who's to blame? Mariam. She tries to say it's not her..tries to say what she saw..but..no one believes her...Who would? she's been saying crazy stuff from the beginning! The villan isn't just a random out to destroy her face...the villan is out to destroy her mind. Make her go through everything THE VILLAN went through.
