I let out another silent whimper as I curled up tighter into myself. When will he stop this time? I already gave up wishing that he would finally kill me. He never has yet. He was too smart for that. ----- Jayden Parker had anything but a normal life. His mom passed in a freak accident when he was 7. That was 10 years ago now he is 17 but is very small for his age. He is 5'6 and under weight he has blondish red hair and is pale. He lives with his dad in a small rundown house on the outskirts of town. He is constantly abused by his father for small mistakes and has turned to self harm to feel better. If that's not bad enough people at school calls him a freak and bullies him at school for being gay. Just a few oc's. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Long ago there once a grand tribe of serpentine called the Anacondrai, they were the strongest and the smartest of all the land. The other tribes feared the Anacondrai for there strength would always go unmatched. One day the Anacondrai general Arcturus, feeling lonely, left the safety and comfort of home to find inner peace with the stressful war going on between the tribes of the serpentine. On his stroll to fined peace from his stressful day, he came upon a small wooden box in the middle of a river not far from a human village. Unknowing to him that his purpose for peace in this raging war, he now has a new purpose to fight for peace for his new daughter to grow strong and happy away from the cruel and foolish thing called war. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This will begin at the serpentine wars with (y/n)'s mother then it will switch over the (y/n) story of how she met the ninja and grew up. (Y/n)'s mother is an Elemental Master but I will not tell which one or who the father is till later down the road haha so you will have to read to find out more if you find anything that is wrong or doesn't make sense like spelling or grammar or the story, in general, please let me know so I can fix or explain what is going on. A seven-part story written for Ninjago Angst Week. ---------- Cole should have known that it would happen, should have known that nobody lives forever. Cancer was almost incurable, anyway. But it didn't make his mother's death hurt any less, nor did it stop him from blaming himself. --- All his life, Morro had been alone. When Wu found him that one day, he was happy. Content. Loved. It was a foreign feeling, and he naively thought it would stay there forever, only for Wu to lie to him. Now he was alone again, desperate to prove to destiny that he was worthy to be the green ninja. It was his biggest mistake. --- In hindsight, maybe getting stabbed in the stomach wasn't the best idea he'd ever had. But if it was to protect Lloyd, Kai would do anything for his baby brother, even if his own life would be at risk. --- Nya had always hated failing, always hated making mistakes. It made her feel weak, useless, and unworthy. It was a fear that could either be a strength or weakness. But she had never hated failing more than she did when she hit that lever the wrong way. --- When Kai disappeared, Jay knew that all hope was lost. When Zane was lost as well, Jay knew that the chances of defeating Nadakhan were close to none. When Jay stupidly got himself captured, he knew that he shouldn't make his last wish. One by one, as his teammates were separated from each other, it seemed as if victory was non-existent. But he wasn't going to quit. --- As a nindroid, it wasn't possible for Zane to get sick. And he was grateful for that, because it meant that he could take care of his siblings better without getting sick or injured himself. Still, he worried whenever one of them got sick or injured, especially since he wasn't sure if Jay was going to survive. --- Lloyd knew that it would happen, that he'd be alone someday. Again. But he never expected it to hurt this much, and he never expected the day that he'd hate his dragon side.Complete
