Parked in Anchorage in May with an aunt, finishing up her year's homework while her step brother Tor finishes college, nobody will tell her much about anything until Tor flies her to rejoin her Mom in the place Chris calls home. What she discovers is the last thing she expected, and it's going to take a *lot* of getting used to.
