...and Death Was a Thing that Couldn't Stand Itself ...
The book narrates the after-life misadventures of Frank, a drug addict who dies of sepsis. He accidentally discovers a serial killer whom he eventually decides to kill. He is somewhat aided by the Assyrian deity Pazuzu and a psychic, one-armed girl he befriends. The tone is quite irreverent and there's plenty of tongue-in-cheek but there's a pervasive paranormal/horror element, as well as strong philosophical overtones.
I plan to add a chapter every couple of days or so. There are nine chapters in total. Or maybe eight. It doesn't matter. You get the point.
