Chloe and Jc, well lets just say they're enimies. They despise eachother to peices. They have been living next to eachother for years, but they've never tried to be friends. Similar to all cliche stories, Chloes room is directly infront of Jc's. Like I said, they hate eachother. And they love to get under eachothers skin.
