Reaper

There are two different types of Powers in the World: Angelics and Demonics. The Angelic Powers are gifted with powers of Light, while their enemies are gifted with the Powers of darkness. For centuries, these two species have been at war with each other, each trying to rid the world of each other. The Denomics want to destroy the earth and all life, while the Angelics make it their goal to stop them, no matter the cost.

The human race hates the Powers. Groups of rebels purge the streets of Powers, forcing them into hiding. Any Powers they find is to be eliminated - even family.

Victoria Williams believed she was a normal 20 year old girl until she found herself kidnapped by a group of fanatics claiming she is a Powers and tried to kill her. She is rescued by a rag-tag team of Angelics who declare she is the last-remaining Reaper - an Angelic with the power to reap the soul from the human body and carry it to the afterlife. The Reapers are highly revered in the Angelic world, and are extremely valuable to their cause.

Conner Emerson, a Guardian of the Angelic Powers, is tasked with the protection of the last remaining Reaper, which includes laying down his life if need be. As a Guardian, he is forbidden to do one thing: fall in love. Can he protect Victoria at all costs, or will his heart interfere?
