it's only been a week since high school ended and tyler joseph has already been kicked out of his own house.
depressed, angry, and now homeless, tyler isn't sure what to do. he's known for a while he doesn't like life. he self harms, cries himself to sleep, and is more suicidal than before thanks to this new situation.
it's as if he's fallen down a hole and isn't capable of climbing out of it.
that is, until a very pale boy with blue hair enters the scene.
tyler can't understand why, of all people, this 'josh' is determined to save him. but at this point, is he really sure about anything?
tyler, very slowly, begins to find joy. it's in music, it's in basketball, but most of the time it's confined in the time he spends with josh.
but as tyler begins to get better, josh seems to be getting worse.
only tyler is too oblivious to notice.

Josh was the new kid and he was making a big impression. He's loud, he's a total punk, he gets in trouble and doesn't give a fuck what people think (of course))).
Tyler is the cute pastel-y kid in school who wears cute clothing and sometimes heels. He's friends with all the popular girls and practically everyone else in school. He and Josh are polar opposites.
And they're roommates at boarding school, now.
Everyone's curious about how this is going to work. Tyler hopes he doesn't fuck up in trying to make friends. He liked Josh. And Josh likes him. But Josh has a reputation to keep. But that can be put on hold if Tyler can make him feel something again. Good or bad feeling, Josh is desperate and doesn't care anymore.
