We all know of the Salem witch trials, but we don't know the real story of the Witches in Salem. The witch trials are the only documented screw up of the Witch Hunters. The Silver Sisters, were none to happy. You see, none of this is supposed to be a public affair. The Silver Sisters are the ones trying to keep the balance, enlisting the Witch Hunters to do the dirty work. Greyson Fox, for example, understands the need to protect human life, his family died doing just that. But when he meets Grace, a girl from Salem, he begins to wonder what he's really fighting against. Is he fighting against the Witches, or perhaps against something far greater than that, an ending even the Silver Sisters can not predict.

Zaria is our main character here. She's a young adult that seemingly on a tight leash from her parents. She's the youngest out of the three of them. Her older twin brothers Salem and Elias guard her like a hawk. They were born and raised in The Meridian Pack. Amid her training to take over in leadership over the people she loves and cherishes, there was an unannounced attack. A hunt that she didn't want to lead which she separated from the others to hunt on her own. There she met an old friend who came to say hello again. To warn her that something was heading her way. "Feeling better?" Dante asked gently but there was an undertone to it. "I was puking this morning but I'm all better. Probably just a stubborn stomach flu. Just makes me ache all over." Giving him a small smile to reassure him. He sadly didn't look so convinced. Did I miss a spot with my makeup? The only thing my uncle gets me that's semi nice, but it is to hide his abuse. "Bullshit! Stop lying." Dante said sternly. My heartbeat was in my ears as he spoke those words, and my anxiety made my palms sweaty. His eyes held concern and suspicion which only made me want to cower away. "I'm n-n-not-" His hazel eyes were shifting darker which made my heart fearful. His eyes were like uncles but without the hatred. "He's right Caelia. Tell us the truth." Ivena said from behind me. My anxiety peaked and my chest went tight; tears pricked my eyes. Why can't they leave it alone? Did they see one of my bruises? Maybe my uncle is right, maybe I am stupid. They are going to think so poorly of me, but I don't know if I can hide it from them much longer. Their eyes went over me as if analyzing me and I hated it. "No no its just from being sick I swear I-" Their eyes cut through me and into my soul. Tears blurred my vision as I realized they wouldn't accept it. "He's just drunk and angry. He doesn't know what he's doing." Tears threaten to fall at my words, and it felt so hard to breathe to even speak the hidden truth. "Who?" Dante asked with a softer tone. Remnant is a land full of legends and stories. Some are more popularly known such The Story of the Seasons and the legend of the Silver-Warriors. However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it?
