The Amygdala - 
         the interactive center in the brain responsible for emotions, emotional behavior, and motivation. Conditions such as anxiety, depression, autism, PTSD, and phobias are suspected to be linked to an abnormal functioning of the amygdala. (Pronounced a-mig-du-lu)

     Sometimes we all just need a place to put the mess of thoughts in our heads. Somewhere physical, in a sense. Somewhere other than just in our heads so we won't go insane. When your thoughts or emotions push you to the verge of losing your mind, write them down. This is where I will be doing so, a brain Dump of sorts. Hopefully this glimpse into my head will be enjoyable (:
