Ruthless, strategic, and impossible to control, they live underground-literally and figuratively-moving through the city like ghosts.

But the truth is twisted.

Their so-called archenemies are worse: unpredictable criminals who steal, hurt civilians, and turn suffering into entertainment. These enemies don't want power-they want games. Psychological traps.
