The boy looked at her, bottom lip shaking with nerves, "Why."
"Because then I wouldn't feel the way I do now."
He gulped, trying so hard to keep up his confident facade, "H-how do you feel."
The girl sighed and stared up at him, cold blank and emotionless. As if nothing affected her and nothing ever will. In that moment the only thing that broke this pure deafening silence was that of the ticking clock. Reminding them how their time was dripping away even when nothing was moving, breathing even.
"I..." she fumbled. Mistake number one, "I...nevermind."
Jungkook only watched as the girl walked away. His head was screaming to run after her. She was praying he'd do just that. But he didn't. She left.
