Ariel and her single mom Cora move to a new town. Ariel hates the idea of leaving her friends behind in Texas, but certain events having to do with a boy named Ray change her mind. Mysterious knocks inside her lilac painted wall, and weird dreams about a little boy who needs her help leaves Ariel stuck. She doesn't know what to do, or who to tell, because it seems nobody but her and a certain someone can hear the noises from inside wall. Will Ariel be able to free the boy from her dreams, or will she remain trapped in her own mind for as long as she will live?
