Katrina was only just a newborn when her mother left her stranded with nothing but a heard of horses. Thankfully, Katrina was accepted to stay with the heard and live her childhood their. A young foal enters the world the same day Katrina joins the heard, Spirit. Spirit and Katrina learn to grow a strong and beautiful friendship together while growing and never bring each other down.
When they come across a group of Rangers, they are taken hostage, leaving their heard behind they are brought to labor with a Military base with their leading Commander Kenny Ackerman and start a new journey to find a way home whether its cutting your hair, pulling a train or even jumping of the cliff edge. What they don't expect is finding another friendship with the Military side that had helped them with their escape out of Kenny's base, called the Survey Corps. Spirit learns to fall in love with a beautiful Mare named Rain as for Katrina also learns to fall in love with one of the strongest soldiers in the Scouts named Levi Ackerman, Rains owner and closest horse friend. The more they stay together, the more they finally understand their emotional and breath taking past that lies behind Levi and Rain. Spirit and Katrina have to face a challenge of not only trying to escape Commander Kenny and his men, but a life changing decision if they want to continue their journey to find their way back home where they belong and leave their loved ones to never see again.
