Dipper is your run of the mill house cat, he lives in a cute little house with his litter mate Mable and their owner Wendy. One day Dipper makes the choice to venture outside of their little fenced off garden. He has a run in with a golden pedigree named Bill when he stumbles into a more "upper class" side of town.
Some thing is off about the golden tom- why can he weald blue fire? And what is this about Bill's owner Stanford's great niece and nephew dyeing in a car crash?
