It all starts on a typical Sunday afternoon when Katie Hursh's best friend is apparently taken advantage of at a club, by none other than the school's new kid and soon to be notorious badass, Cameron Carters.
Long story short, she ends up slapping him and leaving a big red mark on his cheek. Now, he wants revenge for the humiliation the slap cost him and is willing to do anything to take the naive Katie Hursh down in order to retain his untouchable and rather petty reputation.
Will Katie be able to get through her senior year without becoming a broken mess? Will Cameron be able to restore balance, once and for all? Or, will both their lives come crashing down on them?
