What happens when your first crush becomes a ghost?

Eliana is a freak. She has a morbid fascination with death. At least that's what everyone at school thinks. After witnessing the death of her first and only crush, Bowie, a bond between them is formed. She is his only link to the living and a life he wants back. Once a year he returns for forty-eight hours, except only she can see him. To keep their connection alive, they must bring justice to other lost souls before time runs out.
