Prologue
A baby's cry pierces the night. Shadows jump from wall to wall in the street lights. Shouts arise as a window shatters. A nurse runs down a dim lit hall, making her way to the nursery. All of the babies are wailing and screaming, except for one. Inching closer to the silent babe, the nurse saw the crib was vacant. Letting a gasp out with thousands of thoughts flying through her head, she runs to find the doctor. Across the mountains, swirling silver eyes look up to the sky, "It's been done, the prophecy has begun."

It'll be over before you even know it." But no matter what he said, she was shaking with fear and panic. The doctor came towards them. "Do we have a name for her?" She asks as they wait for a contraction. Mr. Evans looked between the doctor and his wife before answering, "Actually, we haven't-" "Hope" Mrs. Evans looked up at him, smiling. "Hope Evans." ~~*~~ Hope Evans lost more in her life at such a young age. She lost every dream she has ever had, lost everything she held dearly and she lost everyone she ever loved.
