A prison built into the future where the planet has been dead for thousands of years, an undercover cop is made by the gang he infiltrated, scientists who try to build the ultimate spaceship in order to save humanity, all of these and more to come are part of this short story collection. 

I bit off a lot when I tackled Art of Destruction and recently started the sequel "The Spire" and am having a hard time. So, instead of setting down my pen and paper and giving up, I've decided to try something new; short stories. I'm not going to be pounding these out by any means but it's helped me stay in writing without giving me block. 
  
Some short stories will last more than one chapter others may only be one shots.

It took me 7 months, but we're finally here. This has been inspired by my friends and I playing Among Us 600 years into the future, a company by the name of Innersloth have been promoted after an attack on Area 51 revealed that the government had abducted a child in Alaska. As 8 years progress, 11 different individuals uncover that Innersloth isn't as great as the media potrays them to be. Disclaimer: Every origin story told has had key ideas from the player. I didn't make the concept, I just did the writing. Over the past few months you guys have been great to me and this is my present to you. Some stories are also longer than each other but that's because the players just had more ideas to work with, so don't feel offended if your story isn't as long as others because I've put an equal amount of effort into each one. Because it isn't in chronological order, Time does jump around but in the end they all lead to the year 2820. I have needed to change plot devices but only for the stories to all canonically make sense. Enjoy. :)

Space Adventure Romance (violent and erotic scenes within) An attempted hijacking results in the crew of a long distance cargo spaceship being reduced to two, Max, the ships engineer and France, the ships medical officer. Coming to the realisation that the ships efforts in smuggling refugees has been discovered and that the ship is now marked, being out of a job and afraid that sooner or later the two try to work out what to do next. They have to come to terms with their new situation and discovered feelings for each other. Like imagine Red Dwarf but if they gay and space travel is long AF and everyone is bored, depressed and horny. That's really what I'm trying for here.

It's so lonely here on this big romantic island, in this alien moon colony that I own. With my wife away all week, and my job as an Overlord stressing me out, there's just no time for romance. Fortunately I'm a hive-mind and my former body was male, and HOT. Wouldn't hurt anything to just...have a drink with my cloned self. Passions unfold in this totally dead serious and not at all blatantly satirical story, of sarcastic romance and self-love, where me and other me with a beard, split hairs on the definitions of what having "an affair" even means. Is it even cheating if it's you on you? Maybe, but what our cloned wife doesn't know, won't hurt them. An affair turns to a coverup, and a series of murders to bury the situation. Every step closer to myself, takes me closer to a prison sentence, as things become harder to hide, and suspicious turn to theories. What on Odin's green moon have I done, and do I really want to stop now? It's just starting to get fun.

Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. "Let's see what you criminals are made of," He laughed, tormenting my ears with taunting echoes. "After all, this is my game with my rules." I was being tugged away by my partner, who shouted curses at me that I couldn't understand or focus on. "Your lives will always be dispensable." ***** Claire and Raven have been best friends since childhood. They get arrested together, they break the law together, they get drunk together, and they would probably get married, together! When a new pawn has been placed on the game board, it is not only them who is at risk; it is now everyone they have ever contacted. Sacrifices need to be made, people need to be captured or killed just so they can stay above water. Claire and Raven learn that none of their plans will work, and that forbidden love was always a string tied into their relationship.
