Kira is a sixteen year old girl who has finally finished her spotter training.
She gets stationed on the legendary ship named "Republic Fleet." Here she meets a strange man who says he knows what she really is and that he can help her. What will Kira do? Will she listen to this man? Or will she just walk away?
Alex a mysterious man. Needs a new spotter and instantly falls for her. What happens between the two of them when she finds out he loves her? Will she love him back? Will she reject him?

In order to survive
Alex wasn't really special, he was just like every normal young adult in their early twenties. He worked as a cashier in a grocery store and somehow managed to make a living in a small apartment. He mostly games to pass his days and nights, so it was safe to say his family wasn't all that proud of him. Kira only put her name in to get out of her town, which is full of people who look at her and miss the girl she was before being Drafted. Kira is all right with her scars, and stretch marks from the growth hormones. But she's grieving, and needs space to breathe. She didn't expect to actually be chosen. But she wanted out. And she volunteered because she wanted change. She doesn't think the heart she left in New Asia has room to fall in love again so soon, but she's always been adaptable. Such as when she served in an active war zone, or got put on a transplant waiting list, or became an elevated Two, or met thirty-four new and fascinating women. Or since she met a prince.
