This is a story about two skeleton lovers. After they CROSSed paths through a NIGHTMARE. The smaller one had been stuck in an AU called X-Tale, with one person, who doesn't talk much unless they're in a FIGHT. There, the skeleton sat alone, absolutely nothing to do, and no way out. But one day, another skeleton came. He was bigger, and way stronger. The smaller skeleton asked and begged him to set him free, and he did. Only to have him work for him. And the smaller did whatever he wants, mainly because he owes him his life. It's been many years since then, and the smaller skeleton gotten used to everything, and does everything perfect. He gets certain feelings he doesn't understand. He chooses to ignore, but it only gets worse. With the smaller skeleton find out what it is? Will it get worse? Will he ignore it again? Or will he ACT?

Sans the skeleton is a resident of Snowdin in the Underground, and life as he knows is mostly alright. He had his optimistic, egotistical brother, Papyrus, his mysterious friend in the RUINs, Grillby, the bartender at his favorite place to stay, and many other buddies and acquaintances he'd made over time. But one day, when the friend from the RUINs makes a strange request of Sans, he couldn't help but give her his word and make a promise. However... When he sees the subject of his promise exit the RUINs- A strange, wayward, dust-covered human- Sans questioned whether he'd be able to stay true to his word. (Feel free to leave suggestions for other stories you'd like me to write in the comments! None of the art featured here is mine.) UPDATE: Uh, so, my headcanons have changed quite a bit from when I wrote this, including Sans' attitude at some points, the Mettaton NEO situation, the Alphys evacuation, and other things. Oof, this is gonna be interesting, especially since he doesn't seem to STAY in his AU. - Slight SI-OC!Horror Sans, aka I just threw some of my traits at an unnamed OC, and then threw the OC into Horror's role to see what would happen. - Please note that this story will have ships between skeletons, keeping secret who, and there is something else too, but I don't really want to say what since it would spoil quite a lot of things.
