Kudo Shinichi was asked by Katsuko Sakura, his good friend back when they were elementary to enter the Seishun Gakuen for a while to find the culprit who attacked her and the culprit who was endangering the lives of the people who knows Echizen Ryoma. He thought that it was a simple case about someone's life who is in danger and had to be protected. He would soon find out that because he was dedicated to learn the strange attacker, he also put his life in a difficult position to protect a young child against a strong opponent he can't just reveal.

Why? The attacker who wanted to murder Echizen Ryoma is a member of the Black Organization...
