Since the first time she stepped on a crime scene, 23 year-old Jayden Alan has been sure of her future. With a love for solving puzzles and constantly being drawn to mysteries, Jayden knows that she's different from the other people. She wants action and adventure. Already an agent and having lost his wife in the name of duty, Jayden's father knows the risks that the field presents. Unable to let go of his little girl, but not being able to crush her dreams either, he makes a bet with her. She can be part of the agency, but first she has to find a criminal mastermind that no one knows anything about. What Jayden does not expect is a dreamy eyed stranger pulling at her heartstrings. He may lead her to learning what true love really is, and he can save her, or ruin her.
In the end, will she be strong enough to follow through with the bet to reach her dream job? Or will she have to sacrifice love, something unlike anything she has ever experienced, in order to follow her dreams?

That ^ Okay I'm done joking around now. A young agent, without the right requirements to be one, is put on a rather interesting and difficult case. He needs to follow, listen in and find out what a young criminal is planning to do to the world. Like it isn't difficult enough already.. the villain is the most annoying dick around town, all he loves to do is toying around with people and making (sexual) jokes. But he has a sweet side.. a side that our young hero loves to explore.. a side that maybe even makes him fall for him. But who knows.. maybe if you read the title you'll know. This book contains some obvious clichés, but not all the time, it's not a book listing all the clichés there are.
