In a world of thieves and treachery, the world as we know it is about to be engulfed in darkness. (Not that it already has) All hope was lost till the people turned their attention to a fellow few. Junk rats. Raised and taught in the streets they've made many crimes. Some have of which was the impossible. Maybe the world is in a time a need for these Master Criminals. Or do they?
