Sebastian Michaelis' life has always been stagnant. The people around him are vacuous, greedy and only hang around him for his money. His parents, although rich, neglect Sebastian and focus only on his successful older brother, Claude, which is probably why they moved away to be closer to him, leaving Sebastian alone in a big, empty house. Sebastian slowly starts to isolate himself, even blocking out those who want to help him. He wanders down a dark path. Until he meets Ciel Phantomhive, who had recently transferred into his school. Messed up and sheltering a tragic past, Ciel and Sebastian are instantly attracted to each other. But does Ciel have the ability, and desire, to help Sebastian feel love again?
