The true reason for coming will never be said, but the reasoning for staying was obvious to those that look closely. The people of this world, the demons that exist, the characters and conflict they attract make their tedious work and stay enjoyable. Although they may not have wanted to get involved, war will consume all, but the Monsters' very existence and personalities make it all so... alluring. <PLEASE NOTE, ORIGINAL POSTED ON FANFICTION.NET

An angelic halfling, thrown into a brutal war - not her own. Can she survive, can humanity? Angels or Hellion, Sky hates them both, hell, she even hates half-breeds like herself. She has only known this war, waging long before her birth. Because of it she has been running all her life, leaving behind a trail of bodies- being chased by both monsters and forbidden secrets. The secrets of what she was- of who who she was. Her mother's warnings always loud in her mind, propelling her to care about nothing but survival. And to keep moving was to survive. Until one day she has no where left to run and everything she has been fleeing from swallows her whole. She finds herself held in a cell alongside humans, made to fight or die as if their lives have no worth. Unable to run, she is forced to face 'them' head on for she will never bow to the beings who never belonged on Earth to begin with. To survive in this world she will need to adapt- learning that sometimes those deemed untrustworthy may make powerful allies and those she had given her heart to may have always been the biggest threat of all. ''I'm tired" Getting isekai is fun they say. Isekai is great they say, bullshit. Everything is all fun and games until you're the one who ended up experiencing what those characters experience. It is fun when on screen, but to experience it first hand? A nightmare. Who cares if you get powers, have the thought of getting isekai overpowered the dangers what the characters you watch behind the screen face everyday? Then again, those who wish to escape reality isn't right in the head. I wouldn't say a few screws loose, some doesn't even have screws to begin with. "If I had anymore screws loose, I could be a hardware store!" Not everything you see is all that because there are deeper parts where some aren't shown. The character you known might not be the one who you really knew of.
