In 2018 Shifters look to their unofficial leader for direction as war looms on the horizon. Known by Many as Queen of the Revolution Jessica is a force to be reckoned with as many agencies seek to capture, study or kill what is coined by Dr. Wilfrid as a new breed of homo-sapiens.
Zwei Lincoln 'The Immortal' is convinced by Jessica that he should be more than just the curator of what is known as 'The Shifters Bible' but also apart of the story. The Shifters Bible contains the collected experiences of Shifters across the planet as well as data collected from Dr. Wilfrid and many others who study the phenomenon. It is a book sought after by the Peace Keepers an organisation setup by the Ministry of Defense to deal with what they call The Shifters Problem.
