In 2018 Shifters look to their unofficial leader for direction as war looms on the horizon. Known by Many as Queen of the Revolution Jessica is a force to be reckoned with as many agencies seek to capture, study or kill what is coined by Dr. Wilfrid as a new breed of homo-sapiens.

It is a book sought after by the Peace Keepers an organisation setup by the Ministry of Defense to deal with what they call The Shifters Problem.
