Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. A Weight off My Mind - Time to Live
Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this.
