The Great Controversy broaches questions clearly and authoritatively regarding the war between Christ and Satan from the past, present and future. This historical drama contains critical information, giving a startling overview of the mighty conflict from its origins in heaven, thousands of years ago to its conclusion on earth in the days just ahead of us. This still-timely book reveals numerous clashes on the battlefield, in the courts of nations and in the minds of millions. It covers the last 2,000 years in the common era and shows how prophecies have been fast fulfilling. It comes down to the present with chapters about how America and the European nations play their role in this New Age. The last great delusion is soon to open. Antichrist is on the verge of emerging and will attempt to overthrow nations, and manifest a counterfeit that it will be impossible to distinguish between them, except for those who are thoroughly acquainted with his strategies and his mark.

Darkness before Dawn
Darkness before Dawn enlightens on the great controversy between Christ and Satan, which will increase in intensity to the very close of time. In all ages the wrath of Satan has been manifested against the church of Christ. He comes down "having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time." He will work "with all power and signs and lying wonders." For six thousand years that master-mind that once was highest among the angels of God, has been wholly bent to the work of deception and ruin. And all the depths of Satanic skill and subtlety acquired, all the cruelty developed, during these struggles of the ages, will be brought to bear in the final conflict. It reveals the scenes of the long-continued conflict between good and evil. Satan's enmity against Christ has been manifested against his followers. The same hatred of the principles of God's law, the same policy of deception, by which error is made to appear as truth, by which human laws are substituted for the law of God, and men are led to worship the creature rather than the Creator, may be traced in all the history of the past.Complete

I made some changes but almost all of it is the same.) ========== Summary: What if during the 'War for Independence', instead of just 13 colonies choosing to secede from the British Empire, it was ALL the colonies of British North America that chose to fight for their independence. Despite all the faults and setbacks, the nation was forced to endure, the USC stands as one of the major superpowers in the world. After eliminating the invaders and going to a world of fantasy, the USC soon encounter another GATE structure and are shocked to learn that it leads to a Parallel Earth, one with a radically different history. After encountering the JSDF, the people of the parallel Earth are soon in for a shock when they meet their alternate counterparts, especially the Parallel Americans.
