Maryse Whitemane has a lot to live up to.

Her mother is the legendary Dragonborn, the hero of Skyrim, and the Harbinger of the Companions. Her father is one of the most renowned swordsmen in all of Tamriel and her Uncle was one of the most brilliant wizards to ever walk Nirn. Not to mention her great-grandfather was also a Harbinger of the Companions.

Maryse, however, has other plans for her future. She knows she doesn't want a life with the Companions and desires something more...suited to her talents.

She's involved in a terrible accident in Riften and then an opportunity arises for Maryse to leave the Companions and take on a new life...but it's nothing like the one she expected.

This is the second book after The Dragonborn Comes and I HIGHLY reccommend you read it before this. All characters aside from Maryse, Skylar are owned by Bethesda as is some dialogue and most of the plot in this story. Full credits to them!

Book Two of The Dawnguard Hunter Series Two grueling and bloody years have passed since the Thalmor launched a simultaneous attack across all of Tamriel, starting its second war with the Empire. Leaving all provinces to fend for themselves as monsters and bandits become more rampant across the world, while battlefields and mass graves continue to spread. The need for Dawnguard Hunters grows with only paved main roads seeming safest. Fearing for their safety under harsh Dominion rule, the citizens in fallen cities of Skyrim turn to their Jarls for as the time for the Moot draws ever closer in hope a new High King will lead Skyrim to victory and peace. Nirn is seen through the eyes of now five individuals and the parts they play, not just in their lives but ithers as well. The War of Domination will focus on Mallory and her role as commander of Skyrims Special Forces. The World of the Dawnguard Hunter is a well blended mixture of the Witcher and the Elder Scroll universes with a few of my personal added tweaks. Rayan: Monster Hunter of The Dawnguard. Victoria: Master Thief in the Thieves Guild. Kumeron: Mage residing and teaching at The College of Winterhold. Mallory: Former Stormcloak, current commander of the Skyrim Special Forces. Arkinwrath: The third vampire ever created after by Lamae Bal now dead and in Coldharbor. Kirena: Nord huntress raised by wood elves, newest member of The Companions. (Rayan, Victoria, Kumeron, Arkinwrarth, Mallory, and Kirena are my characters that I created and belong to me.)

32 parts Complete

Book One of the Honor and Glory Trilogy After training for over a year to fulfill her destiny as Dragonborn and defeat Alduin, Ylva knew she would need a challenge. Joining the Companions in Whiterun seemed like the only guild she could ever call home. But she still doesn't feel quite settled. None of the Companions know she's the Dragonborn, the savior of Skyrim. And she doesn't want them to know. What would they say if they knew? Would they respect her? Or would they hate her and tell her to leave? Would they scoff at the idea that a woman barely into her adulthood had been the one to save them? Maybe not all of them, but Vilkas, one of the most respected members within the Circle, and one of the most honor-bound men she has ever met, can't seem to fathom that thought. Because of this, Ylva doesn't know if she could ever tell her new family who she truly is. NOTE: I do not own Skyrim, the Companions, or any of the dialogue from this game. This is a fanfiction and a fanfiction only; I only own my original characters and dialogue. Sequel: To Kill A Dragonborn
