From fairytales to assassins to memes. This is a collection of short stories spawned by random ideas or writing prompts. 1) A Fairytale: Simply a short story based on some of the fairytales I've read. 2) The Job: Just another job for an assassin. 3) The Mural in the Attic: In which two siblings find more than they bargained for in their Grandma's attic. 4) An Art Student of 2112: On the Subject of Memes: The title is self-explanatory. 5) Faded: What happens when we begin to forget our imaginary friends? 6) The Mural in the Attic (2): Our heroes continue to free things from the attic.

Even after artist Alex Deleon found himself fighting an immortal for a woman he'd just met, he had no idea of the world – and life – that they were about to face together. Imbued with powers he'd only dreamed of and faced with nightmare conspiracies that surpass a fringe theorist's most paranoid delusions, Alex must learn how to confront what he's become and the reality he's faced with. He'd better do it fast, because those same conspiracies are after Sara Taylor – drifter, hero, witch, Weaver. Psychically wounded in a fight with a man even monsters fear, Sara retains an unparalleled power to conduct the forces of destiny, but little else. Together, they must find the strength to change her fate, and possibly, the world's. Because if they don't, a travesty among men waits in the shadows to make fate his own... ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ You can sign up for email alerts (http://peter-flanagan.com/majestic/list/), follow me on Twitter (http://twitter.com/PeterFlanagan9), Like my Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/PeterFlanaganWriter), or follow Lorena on Tumblr (http://writerswife.tumblr.com/).
