In the year 2058, Bethesda's Elderscrolls series has been bought by System True, a virtual reality simulation projected into someone's mind as a dream. Legend (full name unknown) is a writer who hopes to have some down time in Instance, the twelfth installment to the Elderscrolls series, but he's thrown into something he wasn't expecting; he is trapped inside the game, if he dies in-game his real life body also dies.

The Song of Deirdre Part I
Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. After escaping both the Imperial dungeons and the destructive return of the dragon Alduin, she resolves to discover what strange power is within her, and what the dragons have to do with it. Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) An's Diary (Skyrim Fanfic)
Marcurio, a mercenary magician, is hired by the mysterious Dovahkiin for the second time. But this time, he's been recruited to accompany her in her attempt to uncover her past and find out why her first memory is of her waking up outside Skyrim's borders in the middle of a Stormcloak/Imperial skirmish. This is a story injected into my personal Skyrim character and experience. It's a creative spin on the existing characters and situations, giving it more life and reality than the mindless video game characters in the game.
