Crimson

Crimson Roads lives in a foster home after his parents died, and his grandfather had shown to be unfit to be a guardian. There, Crim works with Aunt Clara and begins to help deliver fresh produce to nearby towns. Along with Aunt Clara, there live many children and teenagers including the boy Rudolph Smith, who is Crim's best friend since he had moved there. Rudy was left there as a baby, never knowing his family, and only left with a first name. Crim and Rudy know everything about the other, and hardly ever keep secrets. But after Rudy starts to bring mysterious money home after disappearing for short periods of time, Crim begins to get suspicious of his best friend. After following him, he begins to find that there are many things he doesn't know about Rudy.
But after the Foster Home was set on fire, Rudy begins to reveal what is actually happening, and how they can stop it all. But he needs Crim's help.
But can Crim really trust his crazy tale?
