There is only one village left. All the others were prone to destruction. The war was long and scarring. 

Everyone fought, but nobody won. Bombs were dropped, guns were fired, until no one remained.
Except for a small group of people who hid away in the Nebraska prairies. 

They grew and re populated after the deadly war was over. 

A small village sprouted and streets began to fill, but the world was still small. 

Still only one village remained. 

For Cameron, there was no hope of building a new world. Her village was the last village and that was where humanity would end.

The world would not get better.
It would never get better. 

But when her family and friends disappear and more and more people vanish every night. 

She will have to choose where her allegiance lies. With her village or herself.

Romance, and fighting for someone other than herself is all new to her. Can she do it? Will she run? Or will she turn into the monster that she is afraid of and harm her new friends? This book consists of many life lessons. Anywhere from friendships, to romantic dilemmas, self-love and growth. I started writing this book back in 2016 and since then I improved a lot. There was a time in 2017 - 2018 when I gave up on this book but in 2019 I finally decided to pick it back up and finish it off. Epilogue updated on June 29th, 2019. I know it's not the best book of all time but I'm proud of finishing it, even though the story and writing style doesn't match me as a person anymore.

But that all changed since Thunder, a forcer, tried to kill Starfire, the guardian of the forest and a wielder of the Enchanted Forest's spirit. Her pups, left hidden in the Mother Tree, were mostly killed by the fire lit by the enemy. Only one survived, and his name is Storm. He has lost everything over the times, including his savior. Growing up with a rabbit on his side, Storm was the loneliest loner in the forest, with all the female wolves killed by Thunder, or caught in between his fights. Though, Storm's loneliness changed since he's met Summer, and maybe started building feelings for her. The only problem was; she was human. Will human girl help Storm stop Thunders evil plans? Or will she turn against him and break his trust?
