I wondered why I couldn't feel the heat of the flame in front of me, why my house burned down when I threw a tantrum because I couldn't go to my friends house , I know now but it doesn't make my life any better so I ran away, I have made friends that help me and enemies that try to kill me but I can't complain it's fate that cannot be changed, i would live in the wild as a runaway with no one to love me least thats what I thought until I found people that were like me, strange, unappreciated and were runaway's.

For a moment I forgot that I was married, that I belong to someone else, that it won't end well if I meet him again. I ran to my room; eyes filled with tears and slammed the door shut behind me as I broke down crying. Why won't he let me go? I don't want to stay anywhere near him. I hate him.

Carter slowly walked towards me, butterflies swarming in my stomach, filling every inch of me. "Assi." he grabbed my wrists, and made me look at him. "Who was that song about?" "You know who." "Was it... about me?" "What would you say if it was?" I cocked my head to the side, our eyes staying connected with each other. "I wouldn't say." he moved closer to me, towering over by the slightest bit as his breath surrounded my every nerve. He leant down, took a sharp breath and connected our lips. - Astrid was a beautiful girl, who had lost her sense of who she was and where she belonged. She went through something traumatic at only 14, but no one noticed. She moved to Roseville for a fresh start with her best friend Kaitlyn by her side. But Carter notices. He was a "bad boy" with a heart of gold (ik it's cliché) . He never let anything slip by him. He doesn't say anything as their personalities clash and they hate each other. You know what they say, there is a thin line between love and hate. Will these two step over the line? But sometimes, running away from your problems doesn't go down unnoticed. I was close to dying if not from my sister. I went from bitches at school to my alcoholic, addict abusing mother. Then my best friend decided he wanted stop be part of the crew that cries for me to give me another reason to live. I didn't want another one but...it feels nice.
