Alissa's life has been hard throughout. Her father abandoned her, after the death of her late mother, not leaving a trace behind. She had to raise herself as her adoptive aunt would leave her for hours or even days on end, with a couple hundred dollars and a house.
Her aunt plays the role as her mother and father, as she took her in at the young age of 6; however, her aunt is rarely at home, due to her long shifts as a general surgeon.
Alissa is categorised as an 'outcast' in school. She finds it hard to let anyone in; everyone will leave her someday, leaving her in a pool of sorrow to drown herself in. If no one gets in, no one will get hurt.
However, Alissa's life is all about to change after a brand new particular person just one day comes to her and claims that she is 'his'. That person was Adrian Wicks.
