The last broadcast mentioned that the HNS Virus was spreading violently throughout the major states of the U.S. Starting from New York City, moving across to Detroit, Michigan, Texas, all the way to California, because of modern day transportation the virus broke out quicker than any other. Most of the US population couldn't withstand the virus, after obtained through blood to blood contact its early stages within a few hours would change you into a thing of nightmares. First symptoms known to be broadcasted were sensitive hearing and foaming of the mouth, the second stage would be the loss of hair, skin mutating to a grey flesh color and with that making the infected skin very sensitive to heat. This was all to be known when the outbreak first began.
Their are a handful of survivors across the US that aren't yet infected by this incurable disease. These are the stories, of those who are amongst the world of the infected.
This is a Co-Op story being told from two different perspectives by Knyte06 and Crownofcreative being released a chapter at a time.

Still Reminiscent (A Pre-Apocalyptic Survival Story) [Discontinued]
In the year 2022 a mysterious virus erupts in the city of New Yoke Town. What begins as an isolated outbreak rapidly spirals into a full-blown pre-apocalypse - buildings burn, panic spreads, and humanity is forced to reckon with a world where the living and the dead blur. The story follows multiple survivors - ordinary people thrust into extraordinary circumstances, each trying to stay alive in a world going to hell. We meet a hardened "shotgun fellow" whose past haunts him, a crewman uneasy in this new reality, and numerous others trying to adapt to chaos. As society crumbles, the infected - referred to as "turned" - become relentless predators, and survival becomes a matter of constant flight, distrust, and brutal choices. The narrative explores not just the threat of the virus, but the human cost: betrayal, the breakdown of community, and how people react when the rules no longer apply. Eventually, a powerful corporation called the Revert Corporation takes the blame for the outbreak. A "cure" emerges, but only after waves of death and suffering. Some survivors who receive the cure undergo a strange transformation - gaining new powers, or becoming something beyond mere human. The tone is dark, raw and urgent. There's no fantasy system, no supernatural magic setup - just the nightmare of infection, collapse, and the fight to keep one's humanity. Back by popular request! The 2017 rough draft of The Virus Within! (Caution: Contains massive plotholes that were fixed in the polished The Virus Within Series. Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book. It has nothing to do with A Different Virus. I wanted to try a book with an easily irritated main character and a nutcase secondary character. This book has a slightly darker outlook at the beginning than my usual stories, but it has some humor further along. Sarah vs the world | Greys anatomy
Most of the story is in Sarah's pov. TW: panic attacks, survivors guilt, anxiety, and depressive episodes. 12 year old Sarah and her dad live in a small town right outside of Seattle Washington. She got woke up late at night by her dad saying they had to run. He got her in a safe spot and went to help other people. A few moments later she heard a loud bang and decided to run the other way. A New Found Humanity (RE: 3 Remake Book) (COMPLETED)
If you couldn't tell already, this is a story about Resident Evil 3. I'm taking everything only from the remake of 2020. I thought of this idea when watching Jacksepticeye's playthrough, so I'll be taking from his gameplay and spinning the story on its head.
