This is the fourth poem in my flying series comprising THE JOY OF NOT FLYING, THE JOY OF FLYING and FLYING HOME TODAY - YIKES! All these poems have been inspired by my genuine fear of flying which has remained with me since my pre-adolescent  years. I had no choice but to fly in order to join my parents on their holidays. It would have been unheard of for  me to miss one or two days of school in order to travel by car.All Rights Reserved
