Dean Winchester is Americas most wanted criminal. He and Sam, his younger brother, are the leaders of a group of fugitives tracking down the people responsible for the deaths of John and Mary Winchester.

Castiel is a rebellious eighteen year old boy acting out against his overly religious family. He knows that they'll never stop seeing his homosexuality as a distress, and all he wants to do is get out of his hometown.

When Castiel and Dean meet it seems like a match made in heaven, but it all too quickly goes to hell. Deans past drags Castiel into the mess, and they're forced to go on the run in order to stay together.
Simply put, this is an AU where hunting doesn't exist, and the only monsters are human.
