Apathetic:
Void of feeling; not susceptible of deep emotion; passionless; indifferent.

Art by: kiriririririri

(Douma's a human instead a demon. His mom's name will be Aiko and his dad will be Kazue. Not official)

He couldn't "feel" of what you call "emotions". Even in his very small age. Which normally children will be full of them as they easily express themselves but not for Douma. Although, he has heard of them, he doesn't know what it's like to have such things inside of you. Or even understand them. He doesn't even try since he doesn't see the value of them. Or why they exists. Or if they are. He pretends to have them with false friendly personality and a false cheery side. He doesn't even receive what you call "affections" from his own parents. Though he doesn't care. They're too busy grooming him into the religious leader of the Paradise Faith cult. They focus on making him the true founder who is gifted with his magnificent eyes from the Gods. Since they believed he can hear the voice of Gods rather than giving him "love" which is such a weird term to him. They're making him carry such responsibilities of hearing people's burden. He doesn't mind of course. The fact he has to pretend to even care about his followers' boring "sob" stories. Especially when they don't accept something so simple.

"Once they die, it's all just gonna return to nothing. They won't feel anything."

That's what he truly believes.

"And then they rot into the ground. As long as you live on this Earth, that's your eternal fate."

But he also believes he would help them.

To make them happy.

To have them to be a part of him.

However that changed when he met a pretty but naive girl by the river in the deep woods.

He honestly thought she was pretty stupid.

But.

He couldn't help to enjoyed being around her.

To the point, he actually feels.

How long will this last?

Is this okay?

It's starting to change his thoughts about reality and himself.

The moment everything changed was the moment Doma felt something within him. His chest was not hollow - his heart was not still... not anymore. Something in him stirred and he felt a small twinge of his lungs, filling him with foreign warmth. Suddenly, the world was vibrant, and at the center of it was her. She was called Kotoha, a young woman with dark hair, deep beautiful eyes, and a truly lilting voice that seemed to soothe the heavens in its softness. Doma was transfixed. The baby in her arms suddenly didn't seem so annoying in its cooing and her smile didn't seem fake as he assumed most were. The day everything changed was the day Doma smiled for the first time. WARNING: Contains death, gore, reference to SA, trauma, blood, foul language, and angst. There will be more specific TW on chapters that handle heavier topics but these are the main ones. WARNING: Also contains a reformed Doma, a redemption for Akaza (with some romance included), Inosuke gets a family, Kotoha gets to be happy, Daki and Gyutaro get to heal, Genya and Sanemi WILL communicate eventually, Uzui is vibin', Kanae gets to L I V E, Tamayo gets some motherly recovery, Kokushibo has an existential crisis, Nezuko will eventually get some character development, Muzan is TICKED, and life is good... mostly. Also, Kotoha adopts... everyone. Just... everyone. I don't own Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) or any of the art! Yes, I am aware most spellings spell Doma's name as Douma; no I'm not changing it no we're too far gone. "So tell me, Aoi - tell me, why do you, a person who doesn't even want to lift a sword, can make a strong man like me feel sick and weak without you?" "You annoy me, kiss me when you're not supposed to and always steal food. But you broke my walls down and made me fall, real hard, in love with you too." Inosuke is a short-tempered young man who grew up in the mountains. He learned about affection and love through his two best friends, Tanjiro and Zenitsu. The women he cared for in his life are dead. Aoi survived the Final Selection, but she thinks of herself as weak and incapable to defeat demons. In turn, she becomes a helper at the Butterfly Mansion and is always attending to the sick and injured. As he spends more time in the Butterfly Mansion, waiting for his best friends to wake up, Inosuke realizes that he gets drawn to Aoi. How is that possible? They fight all the time. "What are you looking at?" Aoi growls. "I use my eyes to look at whatever I want!" Later, seeing Kanao getting together with Tanjiro and Nezuko falling in love with Zenitsu; sometimes Inosuke wonders if a strong man like him doesn't need a woman. He is wrong. He isn't immune to love. Warning: Slow-burn romance. I depict realistic circumstances related to the age of characters, historical period and their respective personalities. [p/s: This story takes place after the defeat of Muzan. The male main characters and the girls are already seventeen. The universe is still exclusively following the manga/anime. Non-manga readers, you have been warned]

"This is completely idiotic...he's Kokushibo. His purpose is to serve me and to listen to my orders. My purpose is to give him orders and enforce them. Never should those two paths cross, never should I fall for my minions, never should my minions fall for me. Well, it's too late for that, huh..." ... Muzan Kibutsuji and Kokushibo (Tsugikuni) are business partners. For the past 1,000 years it has stayed that way. Muan gives out orders, and Kokushibo follows them like the puppy he is. They're supposed to be business partners; they're supposed to have that intimate relationship that other acquaintances do. But the two have never truly had a real conversation. And while Muzan figured it was just him scaring the living hell out of Kokushibo, the upper moon had significantly different thoughts running through his mind. Every time he tries to converse with his master, Kokushibo is faced with an intensive feeling that acts as almost a force field that prevents him from talking with Muzan. His palms get sweaty, his knees weak, his throat dry, and his heart starts going a kilometer a minute at the mere sight of his boss. What is this feeling? Could it just be the severity of Muzan's presence, or is there perhaps something more emotional going on that is causing this boundary... This is not a slow-burn!! It doesn't take long for much to happen. I know that's boring but i'd say its pretty worth it? Warning!!!: this story also has Akaza x Douma and Gyokko x Gyutaro. Why? I completely ship Akaza and Douma as well and I needed something for the support characters to do. What about Gyutaro and Gyokko? That's not a ship that I personally support, but again; it's EXTREMELY minor and is just a side story for the sake of it (I needed a break from Kokuzan for a bit and that's where my mind was) Angst, fluff, smut, everything you'd want in a BL--a demon BL, at that. :)

*Used to be Otaku Girl's Wish* W A R N I N G : This Fanfiction just came inside of my mind and ANYTHING that will happened in here are only mere imagination with -dare I say [XD]- some parts that you could learn about my OC. Morales is the 'almost' hated child in their family. She's just a 'normal' hardcore Otaku and a Yaoi fan or what they called 'Fujoshi' a term in Japanese. She's also an 8th grader in the Philippines. Her life wasn't easy as anyone have thought. Correction - no one ever thinks about her life anyway, besides her uncle and his wife. Tricia has a father that have been 'torturing' her ever since she was a child and she became an only child. Her mad father hated her but she hated him more than she could hate her own weaknesses. On the other hand, her uncle wanted to be a replacement for her niece on the position of his mad father however he couldn't. (Like it was even possible) True, he had a wife. Sadly, they're in this circumstance that they cannot have a child of their own. As years have been passing her, the harder life was for her. But that doesn't mean that she can't find any happiness on something? And that's something is what she's thanking her dear older sister for. She taught and introduced her to Anime at the age of six. But she noticed that there is this one specific Anime that's making her suspicious. The title of it was Kuroko no Basuke. She doesn't have any idea why or what but ever since discovering that Anime, she started wishing that she's in that Anime, free. Then an unexpected event came. Curiously, God himself let her be transported in that Anime when she had an accident in her school and she tried asking him the reason but he didn't gave any and said that she'll know in the way. So, follow 'Sakamoto Tori' on her way to discover the Undiscovered Truth.
