Both of the characters are Medical student who came from different heart breaks.
Though the difference is the one still got a hope that it'll work out,while on the other portion,the other one stops hope;for the fact that hope hurts and there's nothing you should expect about hope.
And by mischance,two different words collide.
Is it the start that the two different alternate worlds will meet so that two heartbreaks will fix as one?
Or,the principle of another heartbreak is yet to start?
Can both heartbreaks will find its way to cure each other hearts?
