Miles Anderson and Darcy O'Connell had been best friends for one and a half years. Miles was one of the handsome-and-almost-popular-but-still-nerd guys while Darcy was the ignored-and-more-nerdish one. Their acknowledgement may not have been quite amusing, but ever since they got to know each other, they became what others called "friendship goals". Their compatibility had people wondering about them. They flirted within themselves too, but made sure to laugh their asses off afterwards. They were inseparable and they made sure everyone knew that. Although they didn't quite show how dependent they were on each other and behaved like they were mere friends, one could detect the friendship and care in their everyday teasings and mocking. The story of Let Her Go is a story of friendship, a story of eternal love and care. But as it is said, everything comes to an end, so does friendship. _________________________________________________________________________________ Apparently, this is my first writing experience 😅 So naturally I've got loads of typos and shitty writing. Just hoping you people will accept me anyways 🙈 Enjoy 😊

Book 1: Being rewritten _____________________ Charlotte Kineton is twenty-five, finishing college, and looking for something simple: a job that pays, a room that's quiet, a life that finally feels steady. When she interviews for a live-in nanny position with the enigmatic Mr. Darcy, she expects professionalism, distance, and a strictly temporary arrangement. What she doesn't expect is how quickly his house begins to feel like a place she belongs. Darcy never intended to complicate his life. A single father to five-year-old Ella, he runs his world with precision and restraint. He knows hiring Charlotte is dangerous. She is too sharp, too warm, too alive in a house built on order and quiet grief. But he hires her anyway, telling himself it's logic, when it's really instinct. What follows is a slow collision of glances held too long, conversations that linger, and emotions that refuse to stay professional. Charlotte grows attached to Ella. Darcy grows aware of Charlotte. Jealousy appears where it has no right to exist. Affection hides behind rules. Desire learns to whisper instead of shout. Hello, Mr. Darcy is a slow-burn romance about two people doing everything in their power to be responsible while falling into something undeniably reckless. It's a story of restraint that trembles, of longing wrapped in civility, and of a home that quietly becomes more than a place to live. Not love at first sight. But something far more dangerous
