One year before the events of the original Hunger Games novel by Suzanne Collins, fifteen-year-old Angel Sionis of District 2 is chosen to participate in the 73rd Games. But this Career isn't your average girl. And she's determined to prove that she's not just a piece in their games.
This story is set in an alternate universe where the Capitol is able to change the rules of the Games at any time.
