I needed a heart transplant or else I would've died after an incident during football practice. I didn't know that my heart wasn't in good shape.
Me, being the football captain, couldn't just leave my team if I had the transplant. I mean, it's the big game, how could I?
When it came time to my surgery, I hadn't known what I was getting myself into.
