Set after Zarc's defeat, a new effort to improve the duelists in the dimensions has been founded. Introducing Duel University. This was founded in a pocket dimension in the direct center, easily accessible to all dimensions.

Duelists who attend DU plan on mastering one summoning technique, from the basic Standard summons to advanced XYZ, and Synchro, a student masters their summoning and advances the three ranks of the method's class, from novice, to adept, to Master.

Meet Asoka, an orphan who was lucky enough to bring her skills to the University. Asoka plans on mastering all summoning methods, just as her deck says she will.
