"Are you sure?" I asked Kia, my voice breaking in sadness.
"Yes, Kamara said they couldn't find any bodies. The heat from the fuel would have killed them if they didn't die from the impact." Kia placed his hand on my shoulder. "I'm so sorry."
Tears flowed down my cheeks like a broken tap. I'd lost all of them and I couldn't change it. The people I was dead-set on saving, I ended up losing.
Annabeth, Kia and almost 20 more Bios survived the attack on Haven. However, as they neared Coven, Hover 241 was shot down. They don't know if anyone survived. They succeeded in making it to Coven, but new enemies rise and threaten what is left of the Bios. And a flashback to Annabeth's past may have the answer as to why. Can they stop it before it's too late?
