Everyone knows that history is set in stone. Despite how much tragedy and darkness regretfully plague humanity's yesteryears, it has always been a concept beyond control. That is, until a mysterious girl and a- jar of dirt, challenge the flow of time as we know it. In order to save her long-lost culture, this girl enlists the help of some popular color-coded ninja to solve the decrepit mystery. Can these modern powers handle the fight to change the past? Or will history repeat it's self?

A whole year has passed after Nya's sacrifice. Many of the Ninja had deserted from the team to do their own personal things, however that wouldn't last too long when they all learn about a Herald buying vengestones and recruiting old villains. And although the powerful Sea Serpent Wojira has been defeated, an even greater and more dangerous power will soon emerge from the shadows and threaten to bring peace in the dark.
