Years ago, in a different universe, a demon fell in love with a human. Their love blossomed and soon resulted in a child, a boy half human, half demon. Everything was perfect, but not for long.

You see, demons do have rules, and one of them, a really important rule, was broken the day those two kissed. A demon cannot love a human, so they had to hide. Two years after the birth of their firstborn, they had another child. This child was a girl, half demon, half human, like her brother.

This girl, however, was very different from any other demon, human, or hybrid. She was something way... Different. That girl, is me, and you will soon know how different I, Helena, was from everyone else.
