Rosamoona Hokusai is as normal as a Half-Human, Half-Saiyan child could be. She and her parents (Goku and Chi-Chi), her brothers (Gohan, and Goten), her sister-in-law (Videl) and her niece (Pan) travel the world, looking for Baby. They follow Baby as he changed bodies, waiting until he is strong enough to take over a Sayian body. As soon as they get close, he always manages to slip away. Rosamoona doesn't plan on getting attached to anyone, for Baby never stays in a small town for more than six months at the most. So when three years pass, the Saiyans become convinced it's because this is Baby's 'HQ'. Rosamoona, Goten, and Pan all enroll in school so they're able to track Baby better. Rosamoona plans stays out of the way. She doesn't plan on talking to anyone, she certainly doesn't plan on making friends, and most importantly, she doesn't plan to look for any sort of relationship.
