Koa Stark is the younger sister of Iron Man who, after hearing many stories about Steve Rogers' best friend, James Buchanan Barnes, and getting secret in-tell from Nick Fury, decided to go undercover as a Hydra agent to keep her eye on Bucky and possibly help him escape from their grasp. After being unsuccessful, Koa is determined to help Steve find Bucky after he disappears.
